Staple/simple meals like this will be more common than you think. Finding
something that can be whipped up easily in 15-20 mins is a surefire way to
make sure you don’t think you’re off plan. These should be around 400-600
calories or so and can be eyeballed because they don’t contain many
ingredients. You can also mix up the carb source based on how many calories
you have left. Just bulk the meal up with more fibre so you don’t go hungry
