Here’s a glimpse of how we maneuvered through various phases:
Adjustable Phases – Sometimes being a bit more restrictive, sometimes a bit more lenient.
✅Phase 0 – Foundations of food and some balancing weekends 🍔
✅Phase 1 – Push the workouts and movement/strength and minimise hunger 🍉
✅Phase 2 – Parkinson push set and end date towards the goal and commit to it 🚀
⏳Phase 3 – Now, maintaining this with a focus on performance vs aesthetics
