INGREDIENTS
• 300 g Chicken Breast (150×2)
• 1 Medium Egg
• 2 Brioche Buns
• 40 g Chilli Jam (Nando’s)
• 40 g Light Mayo
• 40 g Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
• 60 g Corn Flakes (Kellogg’s)
• 40 g Reduced Fat Halloumi (20g x2)
• 1 pack Nando’s Seasoning Medium
DESCRIPTION
1. Slice the chicken breasts in half to thin them.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and Nando’s seasoning.
3. Beat egg in a bowl. Crush Corn Flakes and place on a plate. Dip chicken in egg, then Corn Flakes.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Slice halloumi and fry in a pan until golden brown.
6. Mix chili jam and mayo for spread.
7. Toast buns in air fryer for 2 minutes at the end of chicken cooking time.
8. Place cheese on cooked chicken, return to air fryer for 1-2 minutes to melt.
9. Assemble burgers with spread, chicken, halloumi, and any other toppings.
