INGREDIENTS
Meatballs:
- 400g chicken or turkey mince (divided into 12 meatballs)
- 80g Nando’s sweet chilli jam
- Nando’s seasoning of your choice
- Fry light spray
Cauliflower:
- 1 small head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 40g Nando’s sweet chilli jam
- Nando’s seasoning of your choice
- Fry light spray

DESCRIPTION
Meatballs:
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C).
2. Spray seasoned meatballs with fry light.
3. Air fry meatballs for 6-8 mins.
4. Option A (Flavour): Coat with 80g Nando’s sweet chilli jam and continue cooking.
5. Option B (Aesthetics): Finish cooking without jam; warm jam separately.
6. Ensure meatballs are fully cooked, approx. 12-14 mins.
7. Serve with cauliflower dish.
Cauliflower:
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C.
2. Spray seasoned cauliflower with fry light.
3. Air fry cauliflower for 6-8 mins.
4. Toss cauliflower with 40g Nando’s sweet chilli jam.
5. Return to air fryer for 6-8 mins, watch to prevent burning.
6. Serve with meatballs.
