How to set a strong goal

Setting a Goal:

“It only makes sense to set a goal aligned to what you want (maybe that is to lose weight). There is nothing wrong with that, but how has that served you in the past if that is all you focus on?

Not great, I imagine… I did this for years and was literally in a constant cycle.

So below, you’ll find the framework for actually setting a goal that is more meaningful to you, that you can actually stick to.

The main two things I want you to consider here are enjoyment and purpose/values.
