INGREDIENTS
- 100g plain flour
- 120g 0% fat greek yogurt
- 35g reduced fat mozzarella
- 3 cheese string
- 4 slices of chorizo or pepperoni
- 75g (half tub of dolmio sauce) – I used sundried tomato (light).
DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the plain flour and Greek yogurt. Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.
2. Check the Dough Consistency: If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle a little more flour and mix until you get a smooth and non-sticky texture.
3. Roll the Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out into a flat circle, about the thickness you want your pizza base to be.
4. Add Cheese Strings: Chop the cheese strings into smaller pieces. Place these pieces evenly around the edges of the rolled-out dough.
5. Form the Stuffed Crust: Carefully roll up the edges of the dough over the cheese strings to form a cheese-stuffed crust.
6. Add Toppings: Spread your choice of pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, ensuring an even distribution. Add your toppings, such as slices of chorizo or pepperoni, as desired.
7. Bake the Pizza: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Once heated, place the
prepared pizza in the oven and bake for 22 to 26 minutes, let it cool down – serve
