INGREDIENTS

  • 500g 5% mince
  • 30g taco seasoning 
  • 20g Tomato puree 
  • Sriracha to taste
  • 8g garlic purée
  • 100ml water 

DESCRIPTION

  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the 5% mince. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

    2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked mince and stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning.

    3. Add the tomato puree, sriracha sauce (to taste), and garlic purée to the pan. Mix well to combine all the flavours.

    4. Pour in the water and stir to create a saucy consistency.

    5. Simmer the mince mixture for a few minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.

    6. Adjust the seasoning and spiciness level to your preference by adding more sriracha sauce if desired.

    7. Serve the delicious mince dish as a filling for tacos, burritos, 

    taco Mac, or baked burrito bowl
